What Brands and Appliances Do You Repair?
We repair 16 luxury appliance brands, led by Sub-Zero and Wolf and including Thermador, Viking, Miele, Gaggenau, Bosch, Dacor, Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, Cove, Scotsman, True Residential, Monogram, La Cornue, and Liebherr. The appliances we service are built-in and integrated refrigeration, wine columns, ice makers, ranges, rangetops, cooktops, wall ovens, and dishwashers. If you are unsure whether we cover your unit, tell us the make and model when you book.
How Does Booking a Repair Work?
Everything runs through online booking. You choose a time window, tell us the appliance and the symptom, and appointment timing is confirmed during booking, and parts needs and availability are confirmed after diagnosis. Repair timing depends on diagnosis and parts availability.
Do You Offer in Johns Creek?
Often, yes. We keep our routes tight to Johns Creek and the surrounding central Atlanta metro towns, which makes appointment windows realistic. Booking early in the day gives the best chance of an available appointment. Availability depends on the day and how full the schedule already is, so book as soon as you can.
Is There a Charge for the Service Call?
There is a diagnostic visit fee confirmed before scheduling that covers a full on-site diagnosis and a written estimate. Diagnostic and travel fees, if applicable, are confirmed before the appointment and before repair approval. Any time-based fees are confirmed before scheduling.
What Warranty Comes with Your Repairs?
Completed repairs include a 180-day repair warranty. Written terms are provided with the repair. We install genuine OEM parts and cover both the parts and the labor to fit them, so a repaired appliance that needs another look within those terms is handled without a second charge.
Do You Use Genuine OEM Parts?
Yes. We install genuine OEM parts made for your specific appliance, not generic substitutes. On high-end refrigeration and cooking equipment the correct part matters for both performance and longevity, and using the right part keeps the appliance running the way it was designed to.
Can You Provide Insurance Documentation for My Building?
Appointment requirements are confirmed before scheduling. Note the requirement when you book, and we will handle it ahead of the visit so scheduled work is not held up.
Do You Service Built-In Appliances in Older Johns Creek Homes?
Yes. Many Johns Creek homes are Georgian, Colonial, or Tudor houses that had Sub-Zero and Wolf added during renovation, so the built-ins sit in cabinetry that was not designed to come apart easily. We are used to working with those installations and remove and refit units carefully so the surrounding cabinetry is not damaged.
Do Sub-Zero Units Show Error Codes?
Sub-Zero refrigeration does not display numeric fault codes the way some brands do. Instead it uses a service mode that a technician accesses to read the system, and diagnosis relies on reading symptoms and testing components. Some brands we service, such as Bosch, Miele, Thermador, and Liebherr, do use error codes, and our blog explains the common ones.
Should I Repair or Replace My Appliance?
For built-in luxury appliances, repair is usually the sensible choice, because the units are expensive to replace and the cabinetry is often fitted around them. The decision depends on the specific fault, the age of the unit, and the cost of the repair against a replacement. We give you a written estimate and an honest read on the appliance so you can decide with the facts in front of you.
What Areas Do You Cover?
We schedule service in Johns Creek and nearby communities including Suwanee, Alpharetta. Address coverage and route availability are confirmed when service is requested.
How Should I Prepare for the Technician's Visit?
Clear a path to the appliance and, if you can, note the make, model, and what you have observed, including any error codes and when the problem started. For refrigeration, that helps us come prepared. Appointment requirements are confirmed before scheduling.
