Johns Creek Home Appliance Specialists is a team of brand-focused appliance technicians who work primarily on high-end kitchens. Between us Parts needs and availability are confirmed after model-specific diagnosis. We are not a general handyman service that happens to take appliance calls. This is the work we do all day, on the specific makes and models that fill central Atlanta metro kitchens.
Johns Creek is a planned village with a distinct housing stock, Georgian, Colonial, and Tudor homes, many of them renovated with a Sub-Zero column and a Wolf range dropped into cabinetry that was never designed to come apart easily. What We Specialize In
Our center of gravity is Sub-Zero and Wolf. A Sub-Zero refrigerator runs two sealed refrigeration systems, one for the fresh-food side and one for the freezer, tied together by an electronic control. That design is part of why they last, and it is also why a warm compartment is rarely a simple fix. The cause might be an evaporator or condenser fan, a defrost fault, a fouled condenser starving the system of airflow, or the control board itself. Wolf cooking is the other half of our specialty. To be clear about who we are: we are an expert, brand-focused repair service, but we are an independent one. We specialize in Sub-Zero, Wolf, and other high-end appliances and repair them using genuine OEM parts. We use brand names only to describe the appliances we repair.
Completed repairs include a 180-day repair warranty. Written terms are provided with the repair. We cover both the genuine OEM parts we install and the labor to fit them, so if a repaired appliance needs another look within those terms, it is handled without a second charge.
